Professional Biography

Versatile, motivated, enthusiastic, creative, compassionate and imaginative professional with 25 years’ experience as an international educator / trainer / consultant. Worked expansively as a strategist, personnel development, trainer, lecturer, life/business coach, corporate management consultant including people, change management, leadership, team building, experiential learning and product development in Europe and South East Asia. A chartered manager and fellows of professional bodies (ILM and CMI), an accredited international life coach (Institute of Leadership and Management), NLP Practitioner, Senior Fellow of HEA, trainer for personal effectiveness and organisational health. Led PG programmes and was successful in validating and revalidating PG programmes with Bournemouth University, the Open University and Regent’s University London. Advocate of values education, the thinking process and business and life essential skills as core areas for learning and development to unlock people’s potential. Life purpose is to help people to realise their true potential and be resilience, holistic, resourceful, compassionate and responsible individuals. An international business strategy teams and coach awards winner. In RUL, Eric is a Chartered Fellow and Principal Lecturer and the Centre Manager, Chartered Management Institute, dual accreditation PG programmes.
