Professional Biography

Larissa has worked extensively more than 20 years as an entrepreneur, strategist, marketing and management consultant, trainer, lecturer in Europe, Russia and CIS countries. She has also worked with senior executives in organizations, top fashion designers/retailers in Russia and the UK, individuals from start-ups, SMEs, family businesses, universities, non-profit and, also, Foreign Office. She is Multi-lingual: English, Russian, Tatar and has proven outstanding communication and relationship building skills, results driven and awarded ability to launch and reposition brands/ products/businesses within a cluttered market place.
 Having gained MBA, PhD research, launched & developed businesses, she is also a Visiting Lecturer at Regent’s Business School. Prior to entering academia she worked for many years with major fashion retailers, banks in the UK and Russia. After being MD for 4 years of international fashion agency & distributor, she has become non-executive director of her own online store, enabling her to teach and deliver up to date business knowledge.
