College Managed Housing
For Fall 2010 the College will be renting a number of
apartments at North Gower Street. It has rented them before
and they proved very popular. The College will aslo be renting 10
twin rooms at International Student House. See below for details on
both options.
North Gower Street
203-209 North Gower St, NW1 2NJ
The North Gower Street apartment block is located an easy
20 minute walk to the east of the College. It is also within
walking distance of the British Library, the University of
London and St Pancras station (for Eurostar).
This block consists of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and can
house up to 49 students. Initially we will be renting 21 of these
spaces. The majority of the rooms are twins and triples, some of
which have bathrooms en suite. Each apartment has a large
spacious lounge and a fully equipped, open plan kitchen. The
apartments are decorated and furnished to a high standard. The
apartments include:
- Wireless internet access available
(limited weekly download free; additional download capacity
available for purchase)
- TV/DVD
- Central Heating
- Fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer
and microwave oven.

- Elevator
- Safe in each
flat

are:
Single room £4550.00
Twin space £3800.00
Triple space £3350.00
This includes a £200 refundable damage deposit, but does
not include a meal
plan.
International Student House
229 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5PN
The College will be renting
10 twin rooms at International Student House (http://www.ish.org.uk).
The accommodation is in basic dorm rooms with
en suite facilities. Rooms have two beds, two desks, two
chairs, a fridge, small safes and closet space.
ISB is located at 229 Great Portland Street
and is about a 15 minute walk to the college. Facilities available
to residents of ISH include a bar, cafeteria, gym, Sunday Cinema
and a full range of social activities.

This includes a £200 refundable damage deposit
