Elisa Nardi

Elisa Nardi TrusteeElisa joined Virgin Media’s executive team in March 2008 as Chief People Officer.

Elisa has 20 years' experience in human resource management, change management and consulting in a career encompassing a wide range of industries including manufacturing, fast moving consumer goods, retail and communications.  During her career she has held posts in HR in Marconi, Ford Motor Company, HJ Heinz, Pepsi Co and has run her own consultancy business.

Most recently, Elisa worked as Division HR Director for Lloyds TSB for UK Retail Banking and prior to this was Group HR Director of Marconi Plc.

Elisa has honours degrees both in Sociology and Psychology.   She is married and currently splits her time between Hook in Hampshire and Leamington Spa.

Elisa became a Trustee of Regent’s College in October 2010 and is a member of the HR Committee.

"After finishing my High School education in South Africa I left for the US on a tennis scholarship. While I was there I completed 3 years of 4 year BA degree. After leaving the US I started work in London until I realised that I could finish my undergraduate degree and go on to complete a Masters degree at the Regent’s American College London and Webster Graduate School respectively. I graduated with a BA in Management in December 2001 and an MA in Computer Resources and Information Management in May 2003.  The London campus of Webster University is truly magnificent as it is in a beautiful part of Central London."
