Murray Thomas
Murray
is an experienced executive coach and leadership development
consultant who founded Change-ability Consulting Ltd in 2008. His
clients include a number of blue chip international organisations,
Government Departments and public sector bodies.
He has a professional background in Human Resources and is a
Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel Development.
Murray spent most of his career in civil aviation, working with
BAA, the international airports group. He held a number of senior
appointments in BAA, including General Manager of both Terminal 2
and Terminal 3 at Heathrow Airport and was also Group Head of
Development and Resourcing for the BAA Group as well as an HR
Director within the company.
Murray holds an Advanced Diploma in Professional Coach Mentoring
which he passed at Merit level. He is a faculty member of the
Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring, a Member of the
Association for Coaching and a Member of the European Mentoring and
Coaching Council and is also a Member of the Institute of
Directors. Murray is certified at Level A & B in
psychometric testing and is a licensed practitioner in MBTI, OPQ
and by Human Synergistics International for the use of OCI, GSI and
LSI tools.
In the past, Murray has served on the Boards of Hertford
Regional College and Ealing Tertiary College.
Murray is also a keen motor sport enthusiast, a member of the MG
Owners Club and the Historic Rally Car Register.
Murray became a Trustee of Regent’s College in October 2010 and
is a member of the HR Committee.
