Dr Koller is an affiliate member of the RCTS and she is currently Assistant Professor in the Department of Marketing, Institute of Marketing Management at Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU).

Dr Monika Koller's research interests include consumer behaviour, Neuroeconomics, dissonance research, new media (Web 2.0), mixed methods, customer perceived value, measurement issues in marketing research, and psychophysiological methods in consumer behaviour.

"Having received my undergrad from a University of 25,000 students, I was looking for a smaller, more intimate, campus to complete my MBA. Not only was Webster University-London a perfect fit size-wise, as it provides a family/community feeling, but the campus also offers a professional program, which was important to me with the MBA program.  Webster’s faculty members are out in the real world practicing what they teach; they are not solely academics with their heads stuck in their research with little to no idea of the challenges managers and employees are facing in everyday life."
