joins prestigious US advisory board

Regent’s University London academic Dr Zubin Sethna has been unanimously elected to join the US Advisory Board of the Global Research Symposium on Marketing and Entrepreneurship.

The Principal Lecturer in Entrepreneurial Marketing within the Faculty of Business and Management brings a wealth of entrepreneurial marketing experience to the esteemed international board.

“It is an exciting development that I have been unanimously elected to this board and hopefully it will bring many opportunities for research, publishing and other scholarly collaborations that will benefit Regent’s University London,” Dr Sethna said.

“I’m thrilled that I will be able to further strengthen relationships with academic colleagues in the US and Australasia in our quest to establish entrepreneurial marketing as the bridge that brings academia and practice closer together.”



Dr Sethna is also the author of two books: Consumer Behaviour and Entrepreneurial Marketing: Global Perspectives. He is editor-in-chief of the internationally respected Journal of Research in Marketing and Entrepreneurship and a reviewer for a variety of other leading marketing and business journals. He has successfully launched five business along with a strong consulting career.

For the past 30 years, the Global Research Symposium on Marketing and Entrepreneurship (formerly known as ‘UIC Symposium on Marketing and Entrepreneurship’) has been a catalyst for encouraging high-quality scholarly thought and research at the interface of marketing and entrepreneurship.

The symposium consistently draws distinguished researchers from around the world to present new discoveries and ideas about marketing in entrepreneur-led businesses and new ventures, teaching innovations and to discuss the impact of the latest technologies on marketing and entrepreneurship.
