Business and Management (BAM) Faculty Registry

The BaM Registry is organised into two teams of administrators who support undergraduate (including foundation) and postgraduate programmes respectively. Contact details for programme specific enquires can be found in the relevant Programme Handbook.

BaM Registry services include:

  • Issuing various official College letters (e.g. council tax exemption letters, letters in support of opening a UK student bank account etc.) Letter request take 24 hours to process and are issued subject to your student status.
  • Receiving and processing assessments
  • Receiving any documentation concerning extenuating circumstances
  • Assisting with general programme enquiries
  • Maintaining student timetables, examination schedules and other important materials/information for distribution
  • Coordinating student feedback systems including questionnaires and course committees
  • Coordinating enrolment, registration, progression, assessment results, awards and conferments
