The IT Centre

IT centreThe Student IT Centre, located in the basement of the Jebb building, comprises of around 140 work stations networked with installed applications such as Microsoft Office, Project, Internet Explorer and Outlook.

These facilities are available to students 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and our support staff are on hand to assist with problems during 'core' hours (including late hours during the week).

Forty-five of the IT Centre computers are located across three teaching rooms, which are used for classes during the week. However, these machines are available for general student use, outside class times.

In addition to the standard suite of software, a number of our computers also operate more specialist software packages such as Adobe Creative Suite, Dreamweaver and Microsoft Visual Studio, for both teaching and other needs.

The IT Centre also hosts printer/copiers, which provide black-and-white and colour printing and photocopying, to cater for students' document production needs.

Other computers are available across the campus for specific teaching purposes, or to support particular academic programmes. These machines offer similar facilities to the IT Centre as well as any software required for any specific needs.

A small number of computers and plug-in points for laptops are located in the lobby area of the student Halls of Residence.

"Webster Graduate School offered me a excellent education, and a great University experience. I was immediately welcomed with open arms from what seemed like the entire campus. The campus of Regent’s College offers lots of opportunities for students to get involved and to meet people. By the time my first year ended, I felt like I was leaving home to spend the summer with my family. I enjoyed studying at Webster so much that, I did two masters: MA in Marketing and Master of Business Administration."
