University accommodation

Regent's University London provides a variety of on and off-campus accommodation options. Our halls of residence are set in the beautiful, leafy grounds of our Regent's Park campus, looking out over the gardens, lake and surrounding park. Our off-campus options at North Gower Street and with Urbanest at St Pancras offer a high standard of housing and are popular with students. 

North Gower Street

For Fall 2016 and Spring 2017 Regent's will be renting a number of apartments at North Gower Street. We have rented these over many years and they have always proved very popular.

The North Gower Street apartment block is located an easy 20 minute walk to the east of the University. It is also within walking distance of  the British Library, the University of London and St Pancras station (for Eurostar).

This block consists of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and can house up to 49 students. The majority of the rooms are twins and triples, some of which have bathrooms en suite.

Each apartment has a large spacious lounge and a fully equipped, open plan kitchen. The apartments are decorated and furnished to a high standard. Each apartment houses between 4 and 8 students. The apartments include:

  • Wireless internet access available (limited weekly download free; additional download capacity available for purchase)
  • TV/DVD
  • Central heating
  • Fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer and microwave oven
  • Bedrooms provided with all linen (except towel)
  • Once a week cleaning service

Living in halls allows you to relax and socialise on campus while being only a short walk away from the vibrant shops and nightlife of the West End.

Reid Hall

Housing 220 students, Reid Hall looks out over a lake and park surrounding the campus. A University representative is on duty at the front desk 24 hours a day and a member of the Student Services team also lives in the Hall.

Rooms are available as singles, twins, or triples. Single-sex bathrooms are located on the corridors of each floor, as well as small kettle, sink and microwave. There is a coin-operated laundrette and TV lounge. Eight rooms have wheelchair access and are located on a corridor which has a wheelchair-accessible bathroom.

Oliver Flats

There are four Oliver Flats, located in a corner of the campus separate from Reid Hall. Three of the flats are singles and one is a twin room. They all have their own bathrooms.

All rooms in Hall have internet access and residents can use Reid Hall facilities. Fresh linen is provided each week.

Meal plans

Students living in University-managed housing on campus receive a meal plan swipe-card as part of their housing fees. The card contains a set amount of credit per term, which you can use to purchase soft drinks and food at any of the food outlets on campus. The meal plan is also available to non-resident students and can be purchased at the Accommodation Office.

Places on campus are in high demand, so please apply early. We give priority to students who are starting their first term.

Campus security

The security of students is of paramount importance to Regent's University London. The University has 24-hour security on campus to offer peace of mind to both students and parents. The on-campus housing also has its own 24-hour reception.

You can book either a 39 or a 51 week tenancy agreement. Please note that there are 39 week contracts are in high demand so early booking is recommended. 
Urbanest St. Pancras offers a total of 114 beds arranged into self-contained studios, shared duplex flats with en suite rooms, shared single level flats with en suite rooms, 3 bed shared flats and twin en suite rooms at a variety of price points. Urbanest St Pancras is a short walk from King's Cross tube, Camden town tube, and multiple bus routes: the total journey time is around 30 minutes door to door.

Every room is fully furnished and comes with 50Mbps Internet access + Wi-Fi, under floor heating, secure access to building and rooms, showers, and is inclusive of all utility bills. There is an on-site support team 24/7, dedicated to helping you with any problems and questions you may have.

Please note, while the building is owned and managed by Urbanest, students should always feel that they can approach the Regent's housing office with any questions that they might have.
