Humanities, Art and Social Sciences (HASS) Faculty Registry

The HASS faculty registry provides administrative support for programmes at Regent’s American College London (RACL), Webster Graduate School London (WGS) and The School of Psychotherapy and Counselling Psychology. The registry team is divided between staff who support UK programmes and those that support US programmes. Contact details for programme specific enquires can be found in the relevant Programme Handbook.

HASS Registry services include:

  • Issuing various official College letters (e.g. council tax exemption letters, letters in support of opening a UK student bank account etc.) Letter request take 24 hours to process and are issued subject to your student status.
  • Receiving and processing assessments (depending on programme)
  • Receiving any documentation concerning extenuating circumstances
  • Assisting with general programme enquiries
  • Maintaining student timetables, examination schedules and other important materials/information for distribution
  • Coordinating student feedback systems including questionnaires and course committees
  • Coordinating enrolment, registration, progression, assessment results, awards and conferments
  • Student Advising (US programmes)
