Regent's campus is currently closed, in line with UK Government guidance. This means there will be no face-to-face tutorials, workshops or rehearsals on campus until the UK Government advises it is safe to do so.
When the campus does reopen, to visit campus, all students must register in advance for an allocated space. You will once again be able to access campus facilities, including computer labs, the Library, catering outlets, Reid Hall accommodation and creative programme facilities.
When booking we will ask you to confirm either a negative COVID-19 test result, or that you have tested positive in the last 90 days and completed the required isolation period. You must be able to share evidence of either when checking in with Reception. This aligns with new Government requirements.
How to book
You can book tickets to access campus via Eventbrite. We'll release tickets one week in advance, and we'll also release a small number of same-day tickets each morning.
Simply follow this link and register for the day and time of your choice.
On the day
Enter the campus via the Main Reception and provide your name to Reception or Security staff. They will verify your booking and direct you to the contactless thermometer. When you pass your body temperature scan, you'll be free to access campus. Please note:
- If your temperature is too high, you'll be asked to wait before being rescanned
When you arrive at Reception, you will need to provide evidence of a negative COVID-19 test, OR evidence that you have tested positive in the past 90 days AND completed the self-isolation requirements.
You can book a free COVID-19 test through Regent’s partnership with NHS Test and Trace and the University of London. The test, intended for students who do not have symptoms of COVID-19, is available at UoL's Student Central on Malet Street in Camden (WC1E 7HY), from 5 January until 5 February 2021. You can book one or two tests, the second three days after the first. We advise you to book two tests.
Please make use of the hand sanitiser stations, one-way system and distance markers that have been installed around campus. You must maintain appropriate social distancing (at least 2 metres from anyone else).
Please wear a face covering when you move about the common areas on campus. You’re welcome to wear one in your workspace if you feel more comfortable this way, too. We invite you to discuss your preferences with other students using the space.
We have determined the maximum number of people for each space, to allow for proper social distancing. With this in mind, please stay in the space you have booked and don’t shift to another workspace without a booking.
Your ticket is valid for a specific time only. Please stick to this time to allow for cleaning between sessions.
When you finish with the space, you will be asked to leave a card so that we know to clean it. Please leave your space clean and tidy, using the bins provided.
