Engaging with online learning

This term, you’ll be expected to engage with all activities and course content, including participating in webinars, forums/discussion boards, assigned tasks, formative assessments and coursework submission. You'll also attend a live session for each of your modules each week, where you can connect with your peers and tutors in real-time.

Each week of teaching and learning has been specifically crafted using a mix of topical discussions, recorded micro-lectures, and a broad range of practical challenge activities that you can work through at your own pace. Ensuring you engage with all of the rich learning materials provided for you will give you the best opportunity to achieve your goals.

With our move to our online platform, we will be tracking your engagement through these activities.

We're doing this to support your learning. If we notice you’ve dropped off, we may check in with you to see if there's anything we can do to get you back on track.

If you’re on a Tier 4 visa, we’ll also use the information to ensure you’ve met your visa requirements.
