Dominic O'RourkeDominic is a senior real estate professional with extensive client-side experience, with a focus on retail and distribution asset management, investment and development. Dominic is the Group Property Director at Next Group PLC where he leads a large Estates and FM team responsible for a 520 UK store portfolio, overseas stores and an extensive distribution estate.

Earlier in his career, Dominic was involved with Broadway, the London homelessness charity. As a Board Member and Trustee, Dominic was part of a team that set the vision and strategy for the charity and ensured good governance.  During his time at Broadway the organisation was awarded the Investors in People Gold Award in 2010, became a Sunday Times Top 100 Company to work for and received the 2009 Charity Times Award for Trustee Board of the Year. As well as the charitable side of the organisation Broadway launched a number of social enterprise businesses, including the innovative Real Lettings and the first property fund to buy accommodation to support homeless people.

Dominic graduated from University of Liverpool with a BA Hons in Ancient History and Archaeology in 1994. In 1997, he graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with an MSc in Commercial Property Management. Dominic is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
