Staff Benefits Package

Regent’s University London is independent and not-for-profit. It has a clear sense of purpose: to ensure that it can offer an unparalleled standard of teaching to an intimate yet global community of students in an exceptional campus environment. Situated in the heart of a Royal Park in central London, Regent’s gained University status in 2013 when it was awarded taught-degree awarding powers. In an increasingly crowded higher education market, Regent’s University London aims to cultivate a scholarly environment which combines intimacy and close personal focus, with a uniquely global perspective.

Regent’s University London places great emphasis on providing a dynamic learning and research-informed environment. Students are taught in small groups, benefitting from high contact hours and close pedagogic bonds with their tutors that is further enhanced by the interactive virtual learning environment. Regent’s aims to create a learning environment which is comfortable, intimate, safe and supportive that encourages active learning.

Unlike many UK universities, Regent’s offers a range of degrees at undergraduate and postgraduate level, both conforming to the typical British bachelor’s and master’s degree format and also to American and international standards. In many cases, this allows its students the best of both worlds: flexibility of learning and the opportunity to study in one of the world’s foremost centres of cultural and commercial hubs – London.

Regent’s University London graduates enjoy one of the highest graduate employability levels and are highly sought after, attracting average salaries substantially above the norm.  Alumni now occupy key roles in a wide variety of business, commercial, media, governmental and public service organisations.
