Paul is an experienced business professional with over 16 years of senior management experience with multinationals, such as Mercedes Benz, with P&L responsibilities. He is well-versed in working with, and running, multicultural teams and has delivered high-level consultancy projects in the EU, Middle East and South East Asia. Over the last decade Paul has divided his time between academia and business startups. His work in HE has been in course development and teaching subjects in Management, Marketing and Entrepreneurship with premier institutions that cater for students from all around the globe. He has also delivered lectures and workshops around the UK and overseas in China, Finland, France, India, Japan, Oman, Qatar. From these experiences it was inevitable for Paul to assist educational institutions in developing international partnerships.
In the area of business start-ups, apart from setting up his own ventures, Paul has been mentor with The Prince's Trust and Senior Advisor to the Oxford Entrepreneurs which is an Oxford University-wide society. He joined in 2008 and was elected as the Chairman of the Advisory Board in 2017. In summer 2018 Paul was also elected to join as Senior Partner of The Oxford Guild (established 1897) which works with Oxford students and employers internationally, and has chapters at several premier universities.
Paul is based in central London and has built up an excellent network of academic and business contacts over the last two decades. His personal interests are in the areas of Luxury Brands, Digital Media and the Arts.
