Having worked for 30 years in the retail industry, Ruth is considered an expert in business transformation and digitalising the customer experience across the on-offline eco system. She brings that insight to her work as a digital strategist and innovation consultant, working with leading retail and luxury brands on a local and international basis. As founder of luxury management consultancy The ReLUX Partnership (@ReluxPartners) she continues to represent the company as an ambassador and is a sought after keynote speaker and advocate of women in business.
