Professional Biography

Karine is a senior lecturer, PhD researcher and certified executive coach. She currently lectures at Regent’s University London in International Business, HRM and Organizational Behaviour.

She started a PhD in Business and Management at Oxford Brookes University in January 2014. Her research focuses on the role of coaching in global talent management programmes in the banking sector.

Previously, she completed an MA-Level 7 Diploma in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring with the Institute of Leadership and Management UK. Karine also graduated in International Project Management and Human Resources (MSc), and in Education Planning (MA).

She has extensive experience in coaching executives, managers and teams from different sectors, combining her experience in academic research and business to foster global competence. In 2009, she founded a consulting and coaching company Culture in Business Ltd. She delivered a number of programmes for corporate companies including Barclays, HSBC, Citigroup, SCOR, Atisreal-BNP Paribas, Tokio Marine Insurance, Via Humanis, Allio Group as well as the UK Cabinet Office and HM Treasury.

She has 7-year experience in French corporates and public organisations as a Consultant in Training and International Project Management. She also lived in Denmark and Bulgaria.
