Urbanest St. Pancras offers a total of 81 beds arranged into self-contained studios, shared duplex flats with en suite rooms, shared single level flats with en suite rooms, 3 bed shared flats and a twin en suite room at a variety of price points. Prices for academic year 2021/22
You can book either a 40 or a 51 week tenancy agreement. For shorter lets, see below. You only need to pay a deposit of one week's rent to reserve your room for the 2021/22 academic year. All fees are inclusive of all utility bills. Please note, all prices are per person.
Urbanest St Pancras is located at 103B Camley Street, London, N1C 4BN, a short walk from King's Cross St Pancras and Mornington Crescent underground stations, as well as multiple bus routes. The total journey time from Urbanest to Regent's takes around 15-30 minutes, dependent on which method of transport you take.
We are sometimes able to offer shorter lets to students who are only studying with us for one semester or over Summer These shorter tenancies tend to be booked very quickly.
