Monika Wierzanska-Villar - Head of English Language Centre/Director of Studies, Regent’s Institute of Languages & Culture in London, UK 
In 2007, Monika obtained an MA in Applied Linguistics from Warsaw University and taught English as a Foreign Language in the private education sector in Poland. Monika gained the Cambridge CELTA and DELTA qualifications in London and continued her TEFL teaching before moving into academic management. She joined Regent’s as a Director of Studies in August 2016. Monika is passionate about second language acquisition, intercultural communication, teacher development and training as well as management and leadership.

Fabricio Vargas – ESL Teacher and founder of Uniway School, Brazil 
For the past several years, Fabricio has taught ESL to beginner, intermediate, and advanced students of various cultural and linguistic backgrounds in Brazil. In this time, he has developed several different strategies to capture his students’ attention and share with them his passion for the language. He aspires to create a fun, engaging learning environment and an exceptional level of knowledge to all.
