An exceptional opportunity to hear and discuss leadership and values in a multi-cultural world. Four well known distinguished speakers will take different aspects of the theme for 15 minutes each, followed by small group discussions where refreshments will be available.

Work/life balance, life planning, sustainability, control, compliance, environment, ethics and legacy values now weave through some approaches to the work environment.
Values of individuals, organisations and societies are often mentioned and sometimes agreed. They are not always repeated and worked upon. Some commentators believe that successful businesses will propose a blending of economic success, environmental awareness and social justice. Others believe that there we will return to business more or less as usual.
Julia Middleton is the founder and Chief Executive of Common Purpose Charitable Trust, which runs leadership development programmes that enable people from different backgrounds, sectors and geographies to work together to solve common problems. Established in 1989 as a not-for-profit social enterprise, Common Purpose now runs local courses for leaders in cities across the world, and global programmes for leaders from over 100 countries across six continents. Julia’s latest book on Cultural Intelligence -‘CQ: The competitive edge for leaders crossing borders’ - will be published on 22 May 2014.
Laurence Freeman Benedictine Monk, author, Director of Meditatio, a global network formed by meditation and teaching it "in the spirit of serving the unity of all." He has conducted dialogues and peace initiatives such as the historic "Way of Peace" with the Dalai Lama and is active in inter-religious dialogue with other faiths and the wisdom tradition in society at large.. Author of many books and articles including "Light Within", "Selfless Self", "Web of Silence", "Common Ground" and "A Short Span of Days.”
Professor John Nuttall, Director School of Psychotherapy and Psychology, Regent’s University London. He is a professional psychotherapist in private practice, has had a long career in senior management in industry and commerce, and is a Certified Management Consultant and Chartered Marketer.
