The Regent’s Open art exhibition is the University’s annual summer show of work by staff and students.

The Regent’s Open art exhibition (14 June to 26 August) is the University’s annual summer show of work by staff and students.

This second showcase features more than 30 pieces of work from students, alumni, teaching and administrative staff, including paintings, photographs, books and drawings. This exhibition demonstrates that artistic practice extends across community within the University and reveals the extraordinary breadth of work being produced.

Dr Rachel Lawes, Principal Lecturer in Marketing in the Faculty of Business and Management whose students have produced work for this exhibition, says:
'Regent's Open provided an unexpected boost of confidence to my Level 4 Creative Behaviour students. As a teacher of creative behaviour, I want everyone to feel that they can draw and that they are competent and entitled to express themselves visually. Matvey's talent is undeniable but since finding a place in Regent's Open he is now taking his future art career seriously.'
