The Centre for Banking & Finance will hold the International CBF Annual Conference at Regent's University London.
The current geopolitical circumstances are creating unexpected challenges to the energy industry, which is now required to drastically review strategies and business models.
On the other hand, the global financial system is facing a totally new scenario, in which loose monetary policy and negative interest rates make less profitable some traditional businesses which financial intermediaries used to run for centuries.
In the light of above, it would be interesting to explore whether and how the current monetary policy and financial environment could incentivise financing long-term research and development investment projects in the energy field.
The aim of CBF provides an opportunity for academics, researchers, scholars, professionals and policy makers to present their papers and exchange and share their knowledge and experiences. Listeners and delegations from the same area of interest can also attend this conference. There is no registration fee for presenters and attendants.
The CBF conference encourages submissions across variety of related disciplines such as: Banking and Finance, Monetary Policy, Financial Economics, Economics Policy, International Corporate Finance, Financial products and markets, Financial Risk Management, Energy Risk Management, Energy Finance, and Energy Economics.
Selected papers will be included in special issue of Open Review of Management, Banking and Finance journal.
To register for the Conference, please contact Centre for Banking and Finance Conference Committee; Dr Seyedeh Asieh H.Tabaghdehi on email@example.com or Dr Christos Kallandranis on firstname.lastname@example.org.
