About this event
The cultural landscape is undeniably changing. What does the future of collecting art look like?
Join Lise Arlot and Tom Best as they discuss how the art and cultural landscape is changing. What will we be collecting in the future and will online art auctions become the norm?
Lise Arlot, Co-founder & Art Director at Feral Horses
Feral Horses, an art-tech online platform allows young art lovers to co-own museum-worthy art. Co-founded by Lise Arlot whilst at Regent’s University London, she created a platform to make art accessible and find solutions to support the entire art ecosystem.
Tom Best, Auctioneer/Director - The Auction Collective
The Auction Collective was established in 2017 by former Christie's ‘youngest ever’ auctioneer and Specialist Tom Best. It was created to provide a fresh approach to the art market. Tom's idea was to take the best of Britain's auction tradition and bring it up to date by making contemporary art from under-represented and emerging artists more affordable.
Dr Deborah Schultz - Moderator
