Regent's Sport is the home of the competitive and recreational opportunities at Regent's University London. Whether you are looking to participate in one of our competitive club teams, or are looking to get involved in our social sports and fitness sessions in our Be Active programme.
Club sport
Regent's students benefit from being able to join our club sports, including:
- Cross-country athletics
- Men's basketball
- Women's basketball
- Men's football
- Polo
- Mixed volleyball
- Women's football
Most of our teams compete regionally or nationally in student university leagues, including the British University College League (BUCS), London Universities Sport League (LUSL), School and University Polo Association (SUPA) nationals.

Sports at Regent's
Sports facilities
Our Regent's Park campus has a designated multi-use games area for student sport. This outdoor sports area can be used for 5-a-side football, tennis and basketball. We also have a dedicated indoor wellbeing studio space for yoga, Zumba and meditation.
During the summer months, students are able to use Tuke lawns to play recreational sports and activities.

Be Active!
Be Active is Regent's free social sport and fitness programme, with weekly sessions in term time. All students are welcome to join.
The programme will continue to enhance the student experience and general wellbeing.
Students can book sessions by visiting the Student Hub and searching for Sports and Fitness events. Sessions run from January to March. No matter what your ability, there is something for all students to enjoy!
University sport kit
Regent's sport is proud to have Surridge Sport as our preferred kit supplier for our competitive clubs.
Students that represent Regent's University London in competitive sports competitions will be provided with our unique playing kit.
Students are encouraged to purchase additional training wear from the Surridge Sport online shop.
