The Summer Graduation Ceremonies will be taking place on the 12th and 13th July 2019.

You can confirm your place in the ceremony from Tuesday 26 March 2019 until 5pm on Friday 24 May 2019, 5pm. You must register via the online booking form, before the deadline. We will not accept late registrations.
You must complete the online booking form which will be sent to your personal email address ONLY on the Tuesday 27 March 2019. You must register by the closing date on the Friday 24 May 2019. If you do not register by the closing date, you will not be allowed to attend the Graduation. You will receive an email confirming that your registration has been successful.
You will need to hire/purchase your graduation gown via the official Wippell's website. Instructions will be outlined in your invitation.
Yes - You are able to register for your ceremony pending your award.
However, if you are a postgraduate student and have failed your dissertation/consultancy project you run the risk of delaying your graduation. You will be expected to re-submit your dissertation by September 2019 and therefore unfortunately will not be eligible to attend. You will therefore be invited to next year's ceremony, pending successful completion of your programme.
If you have retakes/resits to take during the resit period, unfortunately, we will have to withdraw you from the Graduation Ceremony and you will not be able to attend. You will then be invited to the next ceremony pending successful completion of your programme.

Each graduate will be allocated two free guest tickets only if confirmed by the deadline. Additional guest tickets will be allocated on a first come first serve basis on Tuesday 28th May 2019 via the Regent's online store – store.regents.ac.uk. Additional tickets are priced at £30.00 each. An email will be sent out on the day (28th May) at 12pm with instructions and a link to the online store.
Please note, the online store will only be accessible from Tuesday 28th May - Friday 14th June 2019.
No - Guests can sit anywhere apart from the graduate seating area and reserved seating.
No - If you do not wish/or are unable to attend your allocated ceremony, you are unable to defer to the next ceremony/year. If you are unable to attend your ceremony please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Yes - Regent’s University London Graduation Ceremonies include University of Wales/Open University/Webster University students.
Yes - Children are more than welcome to attend the ceremony, when accompanied by an adult. Child tickets for 7-12 year olds are £15.00. Children aged 6 and under are free of charge.
Students are able to collect their guest tickets on the 9th and 10th July from 12pm - 3pm only from the Student Hub.
It is customary for graduates to shake hands with the Chancellor and Dean as they cross the stage. However, this is not a requirement of graduation, but to avoid any embarrassment, if you would prefer not to shake hands please contact us at email@example.com.

No - There is no parking by the Ceremony venue. However, we do have a pay and display onsite car park at Regent's University London. There are also pay and display areas around Regent's Park.
Your official degree certificate will be ready to be collected from the Student Hub or posted to your home address eight weeks from your graduation date. If you need to update your home address or wish to collect your certificate please contact the Student Hub by 1 June at firstname.lastname@example.org.
