International SOS

At Regent’s, we pride ourselves on our personalised approach to your education and our student support.  

To further enhance your experience, we have partnered with International SOS to provide a 24/7 medical, security and emotional advice and support line for all our students.  

As a Regent’s student, you can access this service from anywhere in the world and in your own language, so you can feel safe in the knowledge that you’ll receive the support you need while away from home. 

International SOS is a world leader in medical and security advice services that provide in-country expertise and emergency response. 

Why would I access this service? 

Through our partnership, as a Regent’s student, you will receive advice on:  

  • General medical and travel safety  
  • Worldwide COVID-19 travel restrictions and medicine 
  • What to do if you become unwell while travelling or in London and are unsure where to go  
  • Emotional support – you can receive up to five counselling sessions, per incident, per year, via International SOS assistance centres. 

How do I access this service?  

As a fully enrolled Regent’s student, you will be automatically able to access the International SOS global network of 27 assistance centres through the online portal and the dedicated International SOS member app.
