BA (Hons) International Business students have just taken part in the Team-working and Leadership course at Bramley Lakes Learning and Development Centre, Norfolk.
This is an integral part of the programme and it aims to prepare students for their forthcoming compulsory internships.
It also develops their awareness and ability to operate and communicate effectively in a multicultural teamwork environment, and to constantly evaluate their strengths and weaknesses whilst conducting both physical and academic activities within a business simulation context.
Two cohorts of students have completed this 3-day residential course (from 16th to 18th March and 19th to 21st March) at Bramley Lakes Learning and Development Centre with the support of Programme Directors, Samantha Lee and Vincent Ong.
Students enjoyed the course tremendously and gained valuable experience.
