Last week saw the first intensive residential week of a new cross-faculty Masters Programme in Creative Leadership.  The cohort was made up of leaders, managers and senior executives from a wide range of industries and backgrounds.

The cohort, as expected, really took the lead in managing their learning from-the-off and enjoyed exploring concepts of leadership through theories of self-awareness, mindfulness, applied theatre and critical reflection.

This ground-breaking course consists of 5 intensive weeks over 16-20 months, with periods of directed and assignment-based distance learning in between, supported and facilitated by allocated tutors and resources on Blackboard.
