Our BA (Hons) International Events Management degree will equip you with the essential business and practical skills for a successful career in the fast-growing international events industry.
This 3.5 year full-time programme combines business and management and event operations study with work experience, study abroad and optional language study.
It will equip you with essential knowledge and skills for all stages of the events management process, from conceptualising and planning projects, through venue selection, budgeting and marketing, to design, staging and operations management.
You will learn to produce creative solutions under pressure, work on live industry projects and engage with specialists in planning and producing a wide range of events.
The multi-disciplinary nature, practical and international focus of this programme, together with the substantial work experience you will gain, will give you a crucial advantage in the eyes of future employers.

The BA (Hons) International Events Management allows me to study the industry from both a creative and business perspective. The programme is unique as it offers students the opportunity to study abroad, learn a language and gain work experience.
Working in industry allowed me to grow personally and professionally and I learnt a great deal about my own strengths and weaknesses.

The programme helped me to gain a deeper insight into the events industry as well as knowledge in subjects such as finance, marketing and project planning. The two terms abroad helped me to gain knowledge in subjects such as a business simulation.
