Regent’s accommodation partner launches virtual tour

Regent’s accommodation partner, urbanest, has launched a new interactive 360 tour.

Regent’s students are now able to use the virtual tour to ‘walk through’ private rooms, en-suite rooms and studios based at St.Pancras to gain a better understanding of what to expect from the off campus accommodation.

The virtual tour also offers students the opportunity to look around facilities including the games lounge, study room, bike store, common area, and laundry room.

Richard Gillingwater, Marketing Executive at urbanest, said: “Everyone researches their options before making a decision on where to live, especially when living abroad. We want to be as transparent as possible on the quality students can expect, and aid over seas students with Skype viewings and now a virtual tour.”

"We have a very limited number of rooms left available at urbanest St Pancras, so we’d encourage all students who are interested in the property to get in touch. We can set up a viewing in person, over skype, or alternatively look around the rooms with the new virtual tour!”

Urbanest St. Pancras offers a total of 114 beds arranged into self-contained studios, shared duplex flats with en-suite rooms, shared single level flats with en suite rooms, 3 bed shared flats and twin en-suite rooms at a variety of price points. Exclusively secured for Regent’s University London students and located next to an idyllic British canal side, urbanest St Pancras is a short walk from King's Cross tube, Camden town tube, and multiple bus routes. It’s also a 12 minute cycle from Regent’s University London itself.

Every room is fully furnished and comes with 50Mbps Internet access + Wi-Fi, under floor heating, secure access to building and rooms, luxury showers, and is inclusive of all utility bills. There is an on-site support team 24/7, dedicated to helping students with any problems and questions they may have.
