As head of UK and US engagement at EOS, Jennifer ra
ises issues of concern relating to strategic, financial, social, environmental and governance issues with UK and US companies in EOS clients’ portfolios.

Jennifer has extensive experience of engaging with
companies and regulators around the world; she writes on governan ce-related topics and speaks regularly at conferences and training events. Before joining
Hermes in 2003, Jennifer was European editor of Eur
omoney. She began her career as a financial journalist at the Economist Group. Jennifer holds a joint honours degree from Oxford University.
