Business today is a global affair and along with the opportunities come many challenges.

Neil Payne will be looking at how language, culture and national differences play out on the international stage of business. From Apps to Outsourcing the seminar will explore why and how businesses are slowly moving towards a "global" approach.

Neil Payne, Managing Director of Kwintessential

Neil started Kwintessential in 2004 after completing an MA in Middle Eastern Studies at School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS).

With a background in languages, international travel and teaching he applied his knowledge to the business world.

The company now work with some of the world’s biggest companies with services such as cultural awareness training, translation, interpreting and multilingual design.
