New students paying registration fees and deposits

New students who are required to pay registration fees and/or a deposit can make a secure payment through our online payment services.

New students paying tuition fees prior to completing online enrolment, please use the same link as above.

New and returning students paying tuition fees

The following process should be followed to pay tuition fees:

  1. Log into student record on e-vision
  2. Complete the online enrolment process
  3. Tuition fee invoice is generated 
  4. Pay fees – 2 options
  • Pay now – pay tuition in full via e-vision      
  • Request a payment plan via RCP (Recurring Card Payment)

Eligibility criteria for payment plans

Payment plans are available for new and returning students if all of the following criteria are met:

  1. Enrolment has been completed on an undergraduate or postgraduate degree seeking course offered by Regents University London;
  2. The student/sponsor has a University accepted credit or debit card; and
  3. The student has no outstanding balances from prior academic periods.

Please note, to request a payment plans via RCP you will need to wait 24 hours after your invoice is generated to complete the payment of your first instalment on a payment plan. This is due to validation of your details with our partner for processing card transactions, WPM, which happens overnight.

Students with an outstanding balance from prior academic periods will not be able to request a payment plan using RCP, and will need to clear their balance before being able to request a payment plan. Students with outstanding balances will not see the option of RCP displayed to them, and therefore will not be able to set up a payment plan until all past due balance is cleared.

If eligible, 24 hours after generating an invoice students can apply for a RCP through our online payment services.

Timing of instalments

Payment plans are offered in 3 equal interest free instalments payable monthly within the term. For example, for autumn semester, the first instalment is payable 24 hours upon completion of online enrolment. Second and third instalments will be payable approximately 1 month and 2 months respectively after the first instalment.

Failure to adhere to a payment plan

Default of against a payment plan will result in the plan being withdrawn and tuition fees payable immediately.

No other types of payment plan will be available from 2016/17. All payment plans will be recurring card payments.

Students with loan funding

Students with SLC funding need to contact Finance office (, 020 7487 7447) before using RCP option for requesting a payment plan. This is to ensure that the instalments are amended to reflect the timing and value of loan receipts.

Tuition fee payment in advance of enrolment

Students who would like to pay fees before enrolling can do so through our online payment services.

This is not recommended as enrolling and paying through e-vision will ensure accurate allocation of tuition fees to your account.
