Evening Courses

French is spoken on five continents by more than 200 million people and is one of the official languages of the European Union and of Canada. 

We currently offer French at the following levels:

  • French Level 1 (CEFR Level A1.1)
  • French Level 2 (CEFR Level A.1.2)
  • French Level 3 (CEFR Level A2)
  • French Level 4 (CEFR Level B1)
  • French Level 5 (CEFR Level B2)

Autumn courses will begin on w/c 1 October, and will take place once a week for a period of 10 weeks. Apply for your preferred course below.

French Level 1

This course is for students with no or very little knowledge of the language. After successful completion of this course you will have grasped the basics of how the language operates. You will also be able to have simple interactions and exchange basic personal information, including your likes and dislikes.

French Level 2

This course is for students with some previous experience of language learning. After successful completion of this course you will be able to engage in simple conversation on frequent and familiar topics, exchange information about yourself and your routine, your interests and plans, travel and shopping.

Time: 18:30 - 20:30
