Professional Biography
Dr Helena Belgrave has worked at Regent's University London since 2021. She started as a personal tutor in the Counselling Psychology team and then went on to become Professional Practice Lead and and Placement Coordinator in the same team.
She now works in the Interdisciplinary Learning Team teaching undergraduate courses such as London Perspectives.
In addition to teaching at Regent's, Helena runs her own psychotherapy practice, where she sees adult clients and specialises in perinatal clients.

Teaching
Helena teaches on the Interdisciplinary Learning team predominantly teaching undergraduate students.
She completed the Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education in 2025 and during this time taught on psychology and interdisciplinary courses at undergraduate and master's level.
Prior to this, Helena taught on the Regent's Counselling Psychology Programme.
She has also done some more informal teaching through supervising trainees in her capacity as a Personal Tutor.
Outside of her work at Regent's, Helena has delivered yearly lectures in the past for the DPsych team at University of East London in relation to theory and practice, as well as various workshops on perinatal issues for different organisations.
