A community that cares: we pride ourselves on being small enough to know each other by name, yet global and dynamic enough to make a real impact. Our ambition is a workplace where people thrive and where everyone’s unique strengths make a difference.

A place that inspires: thanks to our location in the heart of Regent’s Park, every walk to work, coffee break and lunchtime stroll is brimming with inspiration and opportunity.

Reimagining higher education: our mission is to deliver a premium, transformative education rich in global connections, to create graduates with purpose who make a positive impact on people and planet. Supporting this are brilliant colleagues who can inspire the next generation of leaders and founders, movers and shakers.

Moments that matter: our focus is on connection, creativity, and purpose. We’re serious about continually improving and cultivating possibility - whether that's in our day-to-day activities or on at a strategic level, amongst our academic community or our professional services staff.

Before you join

Starting a new job is a big step. Whether you're relocating, moving into Higher Education from another industry, or simply seeking a new challenge, we know you’ll want to learn more about us and what to expect so that you can get off to a flying start.

Below, you can find key information aimed at helping you understand your new working environment and our organisational culture, and – most importantly – making you feel welcomed into our community.

Before you start: to make your onboarding process as smooth as possible, there are some things we will need from you. This includes checking your Right to Work in the UK and your references. We’ll also set up your IT account and create your staff ID card ready for day one!

Your first day: if you’re coming to our campus on your first day, your line manager will give you the time and location for arrival, including who you should ask for if they aren’t able to welcome you themselves for any reason.

How to find us: our campus is easily accessible by public and private transport. You can find everything you need to know about getting to Regent’s on our website.

What to wear: we don’t operate a formal dress code for employees; we just ask that what you wear is appropriate for your working situation and presents a professional image.

If you do have any questions about what to wear, or about anything else ahead of joining us as a new member of staff, please don’t hesitate to speak to your new line manager for further guidance.

If you need a visa to work in the UK

Only some posts at Regent’s are eligible for sponsorship under the Home Office Skilled Worker visa route. If you're unsure if a role you're interested in is eligible for sponsorship, please contact our recruitment team at [email protected]

If you are successful in getting a job at Regent's which is eligible for sponsorship, you will be required to pay for the cost of your visa application yourself. Regent’s will only pay for employer-related sponsorship costs.
