Have you applied directly to Regent’s through our online form and received an offer? Great! Here’s what you can expect to happen next:
1) Receive a call from our Enrolment team
2) Confirm your acceptance
3) Apply for your CAS and visa – international students only
4) Confirm your accommodation choice
5) Plan your travel
6) Enrol online and pay your fees
7) Register on campus
1) Receive a call from our Enrolment team
Once we’ve made you an offer, someone from our friendly Enrolment team will be in touch to say hello and guide you through your next steps. In this call, they will:
- Go through your remaining conditions, if you have any
- Find out when you’ll be able to meet them (e.g., by providing more documents)
This person will be your contact right up until you enrol, answering questions and helping you to keep track of deadlines. You can reach out to them anytime, or contact us.
Don’t forget, if you still need proof of your English language level, we now offer a free online proficiency test for conditional offer holders.
2) Confirm your acceptance
If you’d like to proceed with your offer, and formally accept your place, you’ll need to pay a deposit. This is non-refundable and will be counted towards your tuition fees.
To do this, simply log into your applicant portal, navigate to Payment > Deposit payment and follow the steps provided. Detailed instructions here.
Please remember to read through our Refund Policy before making payment.
3) Apply for your CAS and visa – international students only
If you’re an international student, you’ll need a visa to study at Regent’s.
Before you make your visa application, you'll need to apply for a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) – an electronic document confirming you've met our requirements and hold sufficient funds.
You'll receive a link to an external platform, Enroly, where you'll fill in a form with:
- Your name, DOB, contact details, passport number
- When you’re planning to travel to the UK and where from
- How you intend to fund your studies and living costs
- If you've previously been refused a visa and, if so, why?
If you’re under 18, you’ll also need to share:
- A parental letter of consent
- A completed consent form
- Your parents' passport, showing signatures
- Your birth certificate
Once you receive your CAS, you can apply for your visa from the UKVI. The earliest you can apply is six months before your course starts, and you must apply within six months of receiving your CAS.
Learn more about the visa application process.
4) Confirm your accommodation choice
As part of the application process, you’ll have selected your preferred accommodation. Take a moment to ensure they still accurately reflect your preferences.
Once you’ve applied, you’ll be automatically contacted by our housing team.
If you’d prefer to arrange your own accommodation off campus, we can provide information and advice. Get in touch on [email protected].
5) Plan your travel
Once you’ve confirmed your visa and accommodation, you can start planning your journey. Remember, you can only enter the country once your visa has started.
If your plans change, or you expect to arrive later than anticipated, please keep us updated so we can make sure everything is ready for your arrival.
6) Enrol online and pay your fees
Once your documents have been verified and you've paid your deposit, we'll email you with instructions on how to enrol online. The sooner you complete this step, the sooner you can access your classes and book transport and accommodation.
During this process you'll:
- Pay the rest of your tuition fees
- Upload a photo for your student ID
- Set up your new email account
7) Register on campus
Your last step before becoming a Regent's student is to register on campus, where you’ll:
- Have your documents approved
- Pick up your student ID card
Registration takes place during Welcome Week – an opportunity to explore campus, join social events, learn more about your course and, most importantly, make new friends!
