How to find us
Getting to Regent's by car
Our Regent's Park campus is off the A501 (Marylebone Road) in central London. There are a number of parking spaces for visitors and students.
Parking spaces are not pre-allocated and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If the campus car park is full, on-street parking is available on the Inner Circle just opposite the University.
Please see pay machines for payment details and note the facility is regularly patrolled by parking attendants.
Payment for University parking
Cash and card payments may be made at the pay station in the main car park, to the right of the University entrance in the Herringham building.
Accessible parking
There are three designated accessible parking spaces for authorised disabled parking badge (Blue Badge or recognised equivalent) holders. There is one space in the main car park and two in the car park to the rear of the Acland building.
Disabled parking badge holders wishing to park on site should notify [email protected] or call 020 7487 7500 in advance, to check availability.
Please give your car registration and expected arrival and departure details. On arrival, please display your disabled parking badge clearly.
Instructions for Acland car park
Turn left into Acland car park immediately after driving over the bridge on York Road. At the barrier, please contact Security via the intercom (the button with a picture of a telephone handset on it).
Advise them you are a Blue Badge holder and you wish to use a disabled parking space. Security will then open the barrier for you and advise you where to park.
Drive to the bottom of the driveway and you will see a small square where two spaces are clearly marked. Go up the ramped access to the Acland entrance. Outside the door to the Acland building there is a video entry system. This is controlled from the security office. When you press the buzzer, Security staff will automatically open the door from their office.
Leaving the car park
When you are ready to leave, please use one of the University internal telephones and dial ‘0’. This will put you through to reception or security. Let them know that you are ready to leave and they will make the necessary arrangements so that you can exit the car park.
Dropping off near the main entrance
Those with a disability may be dropped off at the main entrance to the University. Security staff are aware that if the disabled person requires assistance into the building, a car may need to remain outside the main entrance for a few minutes. There is a wheelchair lift within the main entrance to aid access.
