Adam is a hospitality learning and development leader with extensive experience in higher education and operations; driving training and talent initiatives across global hospitality brands like OTG Management, Levy Restaurants, and Lobster Ink. 

Adam was a lead consultant on the industry’s largest learning rollout during the Marriott-Starwood integration, impacting 670,000 learners. A Cambridge University Teacher Research Grant recipient and an AHLA Certified Hospitality Educator, Adam blends operational expertise with educational innovation. 

His work spans operations, corporate training, community partnerships, and advocacy, including visibility efforts in China and volunteer support for youth culinary education in NYC.
