Overview
Agathe Dupin‑Naton is Corporate Secretary of Galileo Global Education and a member of the Group Executive Committee, with responsibility for Corporate Finance, Legal Affairs, Risk Management, Compliance and Corporate Social Responsibility. She plays a central role in group governance, financial strategy and long‑term value creation.
Having joined Galileo in 2019, Agathe previously served as Group Chief Financial Officer, supporting the Group’s international expansion and institutional development. She began her career at PwC in France and the United States and has held senior financial leadership roles across the retail and luxury sectors, including at Chanel, Christian Louboutin, André ‑ Vivarte Group and Printemps Group.
She serves on the boards of several Galileo institutions, including emlyon (France), Corndel (UK) and TAI Arts School (Spain), where she is a member of Risk and Audit Committees, contributing to strategic oversight, governance and institutional development.
Agathe holds a Master’s degree in Management and Finance from ESCP Business School, a Diploma in Accounting and Financial Studies, a Board Member Certificate from emlyon, and is a US Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She speaks French, English and Spanish.
