Professional Biography

Ekta is a passionate academic with over 11 years of experience in leading human resource management, sustainable strategy, and innovation and entrepreneurship. 

They hold a first-class MBA in HR and a Ph.D. in Management Studies. Their work has positively impacted thousands of learners, with over 800 executives coached, and over 10 start-up ideas mentored. Ekta's contributions span teaching, research, case writing, and corporate consulting. 

They have published in reputed journals, authored teaching cases with Ivey publishing, and written for platforms such as People Matters, Forbes India and Harvard’s Inspiring minds. Recognized among the top 10% most cited authors by Wiley (2022–2023), Ekta brings academic rigour and real-world relevance to the classroom. As an Advanced HE Senior Fellow (SFHEA), they continue to bridge research, teaching and impact at scale.
