Professional Biography
Frédéric Jacquemard is an international business leader with extensive experience in general management, transformation, turnaround, and growth strategy. He currently serves as Director for Northern Europe at Galileo Global Education, overseeing strategic development and performance across multiple higher education institutions in England, Germany, Norway and Sweden.
He has led businesses and transformation programmes across Europe and Asia in sectors including higher education, media, transportation (Veolia), energy (Dalkia), mobility, and cybersecurity. As Managing Director of JCDecaux Thailand, he delivered a major business turnaround, while also leading strategic expansion initiatives across Southeast Asia. He subsequently founded overQome, advising boards, shareholders, and executive teams on growth, international expansion, and transformation.
Frédéric holds Engineering, MBA, and executive qualifications in strategy and competitive intelligence.
