About Garen
My name is Garen and I am an English Language Teacher at Regent’s School of English. I have worked in the English language teaching industry for over 15 years. I joined Regent’s School of English back in 2021 and I have really enjoyed working here. One of the best things about working here is being able to work with students from almost all parts of the world, and not only teach but also learn from their cultures and experiences.
I have a lot of experience in teaching all levels of General English and exam classes such as IELTS. At the moment, I am working on the Cambridge DELTA Module 2, which is a more advanced teaching qualification.
When I’m not teaching, I love travelling and learning as much as I can about culture, languages and history. I have studied both ancient and modern languages. I am currently learning Japanese and I hope to be able to learn even more languages in the future. I am also an avid vinyl and CD collector.
