Professional Biography
Jennifer joined the University in 2010. She is Course Leader for the BA Business & Marketing programme and the BA Business & Luxury Brand Management programme.
Jennifer researches in the areas of consumer behaviour and sensory marketing. She supervises dissertation students at undergraduate and postgraduate level. Jennifer has a background in tourism and worked overseas for First Choice Holidays plc. She also worked as a marketing executive for Weetabix plc.

Teaching & Course Development
Jenny was responsible for helping to develop the newly validated MAMBIT Programme which is due to run from 2012.
Jenny has also been involved in the joint validation of the BAGM programme and as Pathway Leader for Marketing has written five new modules for this programme.
