Professional Biography

Having retired from teaching, I continue supervise PhD students. I have authored several books including Relationship Marketing (3 editions and translated into Russian, Simple Chinese and Mandarin) and Marketing Communications (4 edns). I am Vice-president of the Academy of Marketing. My specialty areas are Marketing Communications and Political Marketing.
