Overview
After earning a degree in Criminology from the University of Exeter, Tom built a career in management and early careers recruitment – managing projects and developing business strategies for companies across various industries. At Regents, he's responsible for business-to-business communications with existing agents, onboarding new agents and overseeing recruitment events and campaigns.
