Elizabeth is currently President of the UK Region at Chanel. She was appointed in January 2023 to future-fit the Region (UK, Ireland, Canada, South Africa) by transforming in tech, data, supply chain, and the communication model, whilst building luxury brand equity. Elizabeth also oversees Chanel's Global Open Innovation team, encouraging and empowering internal teams, outside networks and communities to bring new ideas and solutions into the Chanel organisation.

Elizabeth is passionate about driving environmental and social sustainability in the luxury space, nurturing arts and culture programmes, notably driving the record-selling V&A Gabrielle Chanel exhibition and pioneering omnichannel client experience through tech and education.

Born and bred in Britain, Elizabeth spent over 26 years outside her home country, within French luxury, across diverse countries and cultures for L'Oréal, LVMH and since 2018 for Chanel. A passionate advocate of environmental sustainability, N°1 de Chanel was launched under Elizabeth's leadership in January 2022, making Chanel the first heritage luxury player to venture into the clean, sustainable beauty space and winning the WWD Beauty Inc Launch of the Year Award 2022. Elizabeth has built a reputation for intrapreneurial leadership, finalist in France's JFD Margaret Awards 2017 for Women in Digital.

A French-certified Board member, Elizabeth is a member of the Board of the French Chamber of Great Britain, forging partnerships across the two countries, and is on the Advisory Board of the British Fashion Council's Circular Fashion Innovation Network to define the next steps in three key areas - Circular Business Models, Sustainable Manufacturing and Recycling Infrastructure - for a more innovative, sustainable and economically vibrant UK fashion and textile sector.
