With more than 30 years of experience in the beauty industry, Emmanuelle has built her career at the forefront of transformation – shaping brands, driving innovation and championing the future of beauty across Europe and beyond. As General Manager Europe for Charlotte Tilbury, she leads with purpose, combining cutting-edge technology, sustainability and exceptional customer experience to create beauty moments that inspire confidence and connection.
Emmanuelle is a strong believer in the power of brand DNA, crafting strategies that honour each brand’s unique identity while delivering impactful storytelling and outstanding service. Her experience spans both mass and luxury sectors, with leadership roles at Revlon, Acqua di Parma, Guerlain, Tom Ford and Le Labo, overseeing Travel Retail and Global Distribution across 87 countries.
Known for driving change and business transformation, Emmanuelle has successfully elevated brands through bold thinking and decisive action. She established Acqua di Parma in the UK following its acquisition by LVMH and later reshaped Guerlain’s UK business model, returning it to profitability for the first time since launch. She thrives on turning disruptive ideas into industry firsts in partnership with forward-thinking retailers.
Passionate about people development, Emmanuelle has introduced mentoring and support programmes throughout her career, empowering talent at all stages to grow into confident, authentic leaders.
She also serves as a Board Member of The Fragrance Foundation UK, helping to shape the future of fragrance and inspire the next generation of industry leaders.
