Empowering tomorrow’s entrepreneurs: the Future Founders Programme 2025

The Future Founders Programme 2025, powered by Huckletree, has once again proven to be an incredible catalyst for early-stage entrepreneurs. Over the course of the programme, our Future Founders embarked on a transformative journey, guided by experienced mentors and industry experts who helped them hone their strategies, strengthen their business models, and prepare for the challenges of growth.

From the very beginning, our Future Founders were encouraged to think creatively and analytically about their brand’s mission, vision, and purpose. The focus was on identifying what truly differentiates their business - and how to communicate that clearly and confidently to customers, investors, and stakeholders. Through immersive workshops led by seasoned entrepreneurs and investors - Andy Davis, Co-Founder of 10x10; Gabbi Cahane, Partner at Stride.VC; and Yvonne Bajela, Partner at LocalGlobe - our Future Founders gained practical insights into building a strong, purpose-driven foundation to navigate the complexities of business growth.

As the programme progressed, our Future Founders gained key insights into essential startup functions, including customer acquisition, marketing, and finance, equipping them with the knowledge to navigate the early stages of business growth. Guided by experts such as Maylis Joppe, Director of Consumer and Market Innovation at LVMH, participants learned how to secure their first paying customers - while also developing a deep understanding of customer needs, iterating products based on feedback, and building a sustainable sales strategy. The focus wasn’t just on revenue, but on validation and building long-term relationships with customers - paving the way for a solid product-market fit.

One of the key elements that set the Future Founders Programme apart was the continuous support provided throughout the journey. Everyone had access to one-to-one bespoke sessions with Gabriela Hersham, Co-Founder and CEO of Huckletree, where Gabriela offered personalised guidance and mentorship to help each Future Founder take their business to the next level.

The programme concluded with an exciting pitch afternoon, where Future Founders presented their ventures to a panel of expert judges: Gloria Monfrini, Partner at RedBus Ventures; David Fogel, Fractional CCO/COO and Co-Founder of Alma Angels & Bramble; and Ashumi Sanghvi, Founder & Creative Director of Future+. Each pitch was followed by tailored feedback, offering valuable insight into what resonates with investors and partners.

The feedback from participants underscores the success of this year’s programme. One Future Founder reflected, ‘the programme went beyond my expectations’. Another shared that the programme, ‘created a supportive space for creativity and innovation’. Many also expressed appreciation for the opportunity to connect with investors and peers: ‘the programme was well run, organised, supportive, and a fantastic opportunity to pitch in front of real investors and mix with other students on a similar journey. The seminars were excellent, and I feel very fortunate to have spent time listening to speakers of that calibre - and very grateful to have participated’.

Huckletree awarded the Future Founders with a six-month membership to one of their vibrant London hubs, granting access to dynamic workspaces and an invaluable network. The Future Founders Programme 2025 has set the stage for a new wave of visionary entrepreneurs, and we look forward to seeing where their journeys lead.
